| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This mezuzah is about the blessing of the home which the tradition provides. It comes with contrasting brass screws and paper scrolls. Mezuzot are pewter, can be hung indoors or out and measure approx 4.5"x1".
This door mezuzah is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Jewish scroll casing. Each design incorporates the letter SHIN which is part of God's name. The scroll inside provides a blessing for the home and its occupants. In Deuteronomy, God commands the verse be affixed to the door post.
Each Mazuzah comes gift boxed and includes contrasting brass screws, paper scrolls, information on the Mezuzah and artist.
Mezuzot can go on any and all doorways except kitchen, bathroom and store room and should be placed on the right side of the door jamb, either vertically or with the top tilted toward the inside of the house.
This whimsical mezuzah both continues and reinterprets the tradition, bringing into your home a blessing that protected our ancestors, and one that we can pass on to our children.
Emily Rosenfeld's goal is to make expressive jewelry and home accessories. Her work is given meaning when her creative expression becomes part of your personal expression.
